INTRODUCTION

Read through all of the instructions before starting installation.
Notifications and warning texts are for your safety and to minimise the risk of something breaking during installation.
Ensure that all tools stated in the instructions are available before starting installation.
Certain steps in the instructions are only presented in the form of images. Explanatory text is also given for more complicated steps.
In the event of any problems with the instructions or the accessory, contact your local Volvo dealer.

Pry the light insert from the lamp housing using the tool supplied.

Install the rubber grommet and the metal ring on the lamp housing.

The spot lamp can be installed in several different ways. See the illustration.

Install the mounting in the required way on the lamp housing. Use two screws and two washers.

Insert the cables through the lamp housing
Install the flat pin contactors on both the cables
Supply the blue cable (BL) with a socket housing to prevent short-circuits
Connect the blue cable (BL) to the cable for the lamp
Connect the black cable (SB) to ground on the light insert.

Assemble the light insert and the lamp housing. Carefully stretch the cables
Install the spot lamp on the bracket.
