Volvo On Call makes everyday life that little bit easier. Volvo On Call is a smartphone app with many smart solutions that makes it possible to keep track of the car out on the road.
Volvo On Call consists of functions for:
Lock and unlock: Lock and unlock the car via remote control, wherever you are. You can also check whether windows and doors or open or closed.
Climate control: Preheat the passenger compartment when the car is parked using smart remote controlled solutions.
Send the destination: Send the route and destination to the car's navigation system (assuming that the car has the navigation option).
Driving journal: Log start and end points, mileage, time and fuel consumption.
Emergency situations and support: If you require assistance out on the road, Volvo On Call is able to provide support, such as roadside assistance, emergency support, automatic collision alarm as well as theft alert and tracking.

Only for cars with eCall.
To obtain ERS (Engine Remote Start) opt for "Application, Engine Remote Start".
The car must be equipped with fuel-powered heater in order to pre-heat the passenger compartment using Volvo on Call. If the car does not have the timer function, opt for "Application, Timer for fuel-powered heater".
There may be a delay of up to 48 hours before the functions are available in the app after the installation is complete.
This offer does not include SIM card holder, which means that it is not possible to connect or share internet via the car. Neither is it possible to use applications in the car's infotainment system that require network connectivity. For this to work, external internet is required, for example, from a mobile phone.
