• Read through all of the instructions before starting installation.

• Ensure that all tools stated in the instructions are available before starting installation.

• Certain steps in the instructions are only presented in the form of images. Explanatory text is also given for more complicated steps.

Color symbols

1. Used for focused component, the component with which you will do something.

2. Used as extra colors when you need to show or differentiate additional parts.

3. Used for attachments that are to be removed/installed. May be screws, clips, connectors, etc.

4. Used when the component is not fully removed from the vehicle but only hung to the side.

5. Used for standard tools and special tools.

6. Used as background color for vehicle components.

7. Used for accessory components.

Removal

Open the door.

Remove the marked part.

Remove the screw.

Tightening torque: Panel, to C pillar , 4.5 Nm

Open the lid.

Loosen the marked detail.

Repeat on the other side.

Remove the marked part.

Release the lock.

Lift the marked component up

Repeat on the other side.

Remove the marked part.

Remove the marked part.

Remove the marked detail/details.

Remove the screws.

Tightening torque: Luggage compartment sill moulding to body , 4.5 Nm

Remove the screws.

Remove the marked part.

Tightening torque: Luggage compartment sill moulding to body , 4.5 Nm

Remove the marked part.

1. Remove the part carefully

2. Remove the marked part.

Fold marked part aside.

Remove the marked part.

Remove the marked part.

Remove the panel.

Disconnect the connector.

Accessory installation

Position/route the cable harness as illustrated.

Install the wiring harness.

Use a cable tie

Connect the connector.

Install components that come with the accessory kit.

Vehicles without Suspension Module (SUM)

Install the marked components.

Use a cable tie

Vehicles with Suspension Module (SUM)

Clean the surface.

Use: , Isopropanol

Remove the protective film.

All vehicles

Connect the connector.

Reinstall the removed part.

Install component that comes with the accessory kit.

Make sure that the weather strip goes on top of the panel.

Use: Interior trim remover

Reinstall the screws.

Tighten the bolts.

Tightening torque: Luggage compartment sill moulding to body , 4.5 Nm

Reinstall the screws.

Tighten the bolts.

Tightening torque: Luggage compartment sill moulding to body , 4.5 Nm

Install the marked components.

Connect the connector.

Remove the protective film.

Repeat on the other side.

Remove any traces of glue.

Installation

Reinstall the removed parts in reverse order.
