INTRODUCTION

Read through all of the instructions before starting installation.
Notifications and warning texts are for your safety and to minimise the risk of something breaking during installation.
Ensure that all tools stated in the instructions are available before starting installation.
Certain steps in the instructions are only presented in the form of images. Explanatory text is also given for more complicated steps.
In the event of any problems with the instructions or the accessory, contact your local Volvo dealer.

Press two clips into the rear end of the net pocket. The buttons (1) of the net pocket must be facing outwards.

Place the rear end of the net pocket against the rear panel as illustrated.
Make marks through the holes in the clips and on the pieces of tape where the holes are to be. Use a pen.

Remove the tailgate's sill panel by pulling it up until the four clips on the upper side and the eight catches at the lower edge release.

Check on the reverse of the panel that there are no cables in the way where the holes are to be made.
Insert a scriber through the marked holes and press through the panel so that the holes are enlarged to approximately Ø4.8 mm (3/16"). Counterhold the reverse of the panel if necessary.
Remove the tape strip.

Note!

Do not trap the net in the pop rivet when the clip is secured.

Position the clips as illustrated.
Position the net pocket against the side panel.
Insert a scriber through the holes in the clips and press through the panel so that the holes are enlarged to approximately Ø4.8 mm (3/16").
