The wheels are supplied complete with rim, tyre, hub cap and valve on a return pallet. They are balanced and checked in winter conditions to ensure a safe driving experience. Winter wheels improve the car's driving characteristics and give a better grip on cold, snowy or icy surfaces.
On 1 May 2021, a new EU directive entered into force on the labelling of tyres with respect to fuel efficiency and other parameters.

Fender extension must be used together with this 20" wheel. Changes in the external dimensions of a vehicle with European type approval are, in principle, not allowed. There are markets that accept changes to vehicles with type approval. Such markets require national registration inspections.
Not recommended in combination with snow chains.

When changing to another approved tyre dimension, the application for steering deflection limiter and/or speedometer may be needed. Contact your local Volvo dealer for more information.
